REVELATION 17 = BABYLON THE GREAT

Rev 17:1	And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: Waters- metaphorically used to denote populations of people, and nations.Many waters- many nations. I think this denotes the counterfeit Christian religion, as the whore, and how most of Christendom is based on the gods of Babylon. Christians worship Semiramis by putting up Christmas trees and all the other ritual associated with Christmas, that's not only not Christian, but, is part of the ABOMINATION of the WHORE.
Rev 17:2	With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. Fornication - The spiritual pollution that comes with mixing other religions with the true faith, most eggregiously, any that comprise the original jealousy. Babel Christianity changed the Sabbath of God, and venerates the sungod during celebrations like Christmas. This is the trickery of the snake, and unfortunately, Christians cannot claim ignorance, because, they are partaking in something that's an abomination. Fundamentalist Christianity even celebrates Christmas, knowing full well it was originally the day of sin, for the ancient pagan sun and moon religion. Woe to those who ignore spiritual adultery, and pretend like it is a good time to "witness" Christ. The worst sinner, and total atheist loves Christmas. THat's because it is their holiday, not God's. We minimize it, in our culture, pretending Christ was born at Christmas. Christ was NOT born at winter solstice, but, the enemy, Marduk was celebrated during this season in the same lavish and greedy drunken partying and emphasis on greed. We even commmemorate this date with cutting down trees, and decorating them, another form of adultery and spiritual pollution. This is equivalent to prostitution and it is one of the worse sins, as we see by God's fiery wrath against the WHORE, and those who have it's mark. We accrue massive judgment, incorporating the idols of the original Babylonian mystery religion, and obstinately refusing to listen to reason. We risk eternal damnation for teaching children to commit grievous spiritual fornication, during Christmas, thereby throwing away their precious souls, as well. What does Christmas mean to them? Gimme gimme gimme gimme gimme gimme gimee. C'mon. Does God ignore this? The WHORE, the false churches, promote it, and they are judged in Revelation for it, along with those who have indulged in spiritual prostitution, by mixing the two religions. Whosoever calls the First day of the week, the Sabbath, and worships the pagan holidays, have what is analogous to the mark of the beast. There is no excuse for ignorance, when there is no reason to celebrate Christmas based on the Bible. There is no excuse to call the first day of the week the sabbath, when God established the seventh day. IT IS SIN. THE CHURCH that promotes this whoredom and spiritual adultery IS THE WHORE. Rev 14:8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication. The Greek word Methuo, embraces both concepts of literal drunkeness with wine, as well as a dual meaning of MURDER, LUST, and abomination: 1Pe 4:3 For the time past of [our] life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries: The following Scriptures, dealing with blood and wine, drunkeness and murder, give shades of this meaning of drunkeness with sin. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth. 1Jo 5:8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.
Rev 17:3	So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. eremos {er'-ay-mos} solitary, lonesome place, wilderness 32, desert 13, desolate 4, solitary 1; 50
Rev 17:4	And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golen cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: Aaronic Priest's garment with gold and embroidered ephod with precious stones: Exd 28:6 And they shall make the ephod [of] gold, [of] blue, and [of] purple, [of] scarlet, and fine twined linen, with cunning work. Exd 28:5 And they shall take gold, and blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen. SCARLET AND PURPLE: These are the colors of the Aaronic Priesthood, and the colors bedecking the Temple. PRECIOUS STONES: Represents the Priest's Ephod, set with 12 precious stones, denoting the 12 tribes of Israel. Pearls: (spiritual metaphor) Mat 13:45 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls: Everything about the whore and beast denotes the Aaronic Priesthood. It either refers directly to their pollution, or the counterfeit spiritual replacement, in the subsequent Church, or BOTH.
Rev 17:5	And upon her forehead [was] a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. Isa 1:21 How is the faithful city become an harlot! it was full of judgment; righteousness lodged in it; but now murderers. Eze 16:15 But thou didst trust in thine own beauty, and playedst the harlot because of thy renown, and pouredst out thy fornications on every one that passed by; his it was. (Isaiah and Ezekiel's prophecy about Judah and Jerusalem) Jer 13:27 I have seen thine adulteries, and thy neighings, the lewdness of thy whoredom, [and] thine abominations on the hills in the fields. Woe unto thee, O Jerusalem! wilt thou not be made clean? when [shall it] once [be]? Eze 16:17 Thou hast also taken thy fair jewels of my gold and of my silver, which I had given thee, and madest to thyself images of men, and didst commit whoredom with them, Jer 3:6 The LORD said also unto me in the days of Josiah the king, Hast thou seen [that] which backsliding Israel hath done? she is gone up upon every high mountain and under every green tree, and there hath played the harlot. (Again referring to Judah and Jerusalem, Israel and Samaria.) Eze 23:17 And the Babylonians came to her into the bed of love, and they defiled her with their whoredom, and she was polluted with them, and her mind was alienated from them. 2Ki 9:22 And it came to pass, when Joram saw Jehu, that he said, [Is it] peace, Jehu? And he answered, What peace, so long as the whoredoms of thy mother Jezebel and her witchcrafts [are so] many? Hosea 2:2 Plead with your mother, plead: for she [is] not my wife, neither [am] I her husband: let her therefore put away her whoredoms out of her sight, and her adulteries from between her breasts; In Hosea, he's told to marry a prostitute, to emulate God's being cuckolded by the infidelity of both Israel and Judah. They are symbolized as sisters of the great whore. The mother of whore's refers to Israel, and indirectly, the adulterated Mosaic religion, heavily saturated with Babylonian symbols and rituals. Isa 21:9 And, behold, here cometh a chariot of men, [with] a couple of horsemen. And he answered and said, Babylon is fallen, is fallen; and all the graven images of her gods he hath broken unto the ground. Jer 51:8 Babylon is suddenly fallen and destroyed: howl for her; take balm for her pain, if so be she may be healed. Psa 137:8 O daughter of Babylon, who art to be destroyed; happy [shall he be], that rewardeth thee as thou hast served us. Isa 13:19 And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees' excellency, shall be as Rev 14:8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication. \
Rev 17:6	And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.
Rev 17:7	And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.
Rev 17:8	The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
Rev 17:9	And here [is] the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. Seven continents
Rev 17:10	And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, [and] the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. 1. Assyria 2. Egypt 3. Babylon 4. Medo-Persia 5. Rev 17:11	And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.
Rev 17:12	And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.
Rev 17:13	These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. "E Pluribus Unum" E. Pluribus Unum : "Many uniting into one." or "Out of many, one" Novus ordo seclorum- New World Order
Rev 17:14	These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him [are] called, and chosen, and faithful.
Rev 17:15	And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues. (Many into one.) Worldwide Christianity: Held captive by idolatrous pagan symbols and changed Sabbath.
Rev 17:16	And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire. It's hard to pinpoint the 10, since, they are described as coming during the short reign of the antichrist, beast, and whore.
Rev 17:17	For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.
Rev 17:18	And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth. Zec 5:10 Then said I to the angel that talked with me, Whither do these bear the ephah? Zec 5:11 And he said unto me, To build it an house in the land of Shinar: and it shall be established, and set there upon her own base.
