And the sons of Ham; 1.Cush 2. Mizraim 3. Phut 4.Canaan. Cush - means "black." Cush is the progenitor of the southernmost territories and people in Africa. Cush is the father of Nimrod. Gen 10:8 Mizraim- EGYPT This is another name for Egypt. PHUT=LIBYA and Somalia. Map of the 7 territories / nations of Canaan. The Holy Land is in Caanan. It wasn't originally in the possession of the ancestors of Shem, progenitor of the Semitic tribes, Arab and Jew. It was Ham's son Caanan who founded the first kingdoms there. Noah cursed Ham, Caanan's father, with this admonition: Gen 9:22 And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without. Gen 9:25 And he said, Cursed [be] Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.

Raamah, and 5.Sabtecha. and the sons of Raamah; Sheba, and Dedan (Queen of Sheba-Ethiopia) Havilah- Land of Gold (Now modern Yemen) Havilah ("stretch of sand") is a Biblical place. And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth. The Stele of Naramsin, around 3000 B.C. depicting Sargon I, Nimrod. Nimrod, is pictured with a helmet and horns. Horns symbolize kingdom, and/ or power. A vague tower is depicted. He is climbing up to lofty heights, whether it's to ascend the Mountain of God, or build a tower to the heavens. NIMROD - "rebellion" or "the "valiant!" Semiramis- Statue of liberty, ancient depiction with the sun crown. The prototype goddess. The beginning of the Mystery Religion. The legend is that Nimrod, and his wife, Semiramis, became the first Emperor of his kind. Semiramis and Nimrod become prototypes, and symbols of rebellion, and idolatry with the Tower of Babel, dedicated to the celestial gods, not the Creator. Old Babylon is important because it is when rebellion, and idolatry is practiced, after the flood. Nimrod, who was the son of Cush, grandson of Ham, and the great grandson of Noah, established an empire in the Babylon/Assyria regions.
He was a mighty hunter before the LORD: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the LORD.

Out of that land went forth Asshur, and builded Nineveh, and the city Rehoboth, and Calah,
And Resen between Nineveh and Calah: the same [is] a great city.
And Mizraim begat Ludim, and Anamim, and Lehabim, and Naphtuhim,
And Pathrusim, and Casluhim, (out of whom came Philistim,) and Caphtorim.
And Canaan begat Sidon his firstborn, and Heth,
And the Jebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgasite,
And the Hivite, and the Arkite, and the Sinite,
And the Arvadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite: and afterward were the families of the Canaanites spread abroad.
And the border of the Canaanites was from Sidon, as thou comest to Gerar, unto Gaza; as thou goest, unto Sodom, and Gomorrah, and Admah, and Zeboim, even unto Lasha.
These [are] the sons of Ham, after their families, after their tongues, in their countries, [and] in their nations.
