Revelation 5- The Lion of Judah, The Holy Lamb who was slain.

5:1 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.

Seven Seals- The Judgment of the Wicked

Rev 5:2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?

Remember Lot pleading with the Lord not
to destory Sodom...

Lot found favor in the Lord, but, his righteousness
was not enough to touch the Book of God .

Rev 5:3 And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.

Rev 5:4 And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.

Rev 5:5 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the Seven seals thereof.

Isaiah 11:10 And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse,
(David's father) which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious.

Rev 5:6 And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

There is the visual manifestation of the New Testament of
Jesus Christ, the Messiah, the Son of God Almighty, seed
of King David.
SACRIFICIAL LAMB- The Passover
Seven horns. (horn means power of God,
and indirectly symbolizes kingdoms, these
of angelic princes, 7 horns- 1 lamb of God.
)
Seven eyes. (The Holy Spirit is represented
as "eyes"- All seeing and knowing. Jesus
refers to eyes, as the "light of the body."
The Cherubims have eyes inside and out.
)

Seven Spirits. The seven branches of God's
spirit is the ONE Living Holy Spirit, which is
a branch of the Trinity of God, Elohiym (plural.)
7 as 1, 3 as 1. God Adonai is One.
Jesus , as the Son of God, is the First and
the Last.)

777 - the mark of our Lord
and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Four beasts- The Cherubims. Each one of the four
is four. Together they are the literal "All for One,
and One for All."

We cannot know how to process these glorious
angelic beings, with our mortal senses.

Rev 5:7 And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.

Rev 5:8 And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four [and] twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.

The Lamb of God.
Rev 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

What is this vision? It is glorious.

It is celebratory, like the Wedding
Feast, described in Revelation, the
marriage of the Lamb, a bride from
heaven, like a jewel, who's buildings
are made from diamonds and whose
streets are gold.

John sees the very symbols, which
were the words, prayers, and ritual of all
of Judaism, since Enoch walked with
the Lord.

The sacred lamb of sacrifice, was
not foreign to our father, Abraham.
He was willing to sacrifice the only
heir to his family. Sarah and Abraham
were 1/2 brother and sister... (genes
were much better then...)

This was the connection which
endeared him to the Lord, and
in whose seed the Lord promised
to bless. Eventually, Jesus Christ
prevailed, crushing the head of
the snake, as prophecized in
Genesis.

Abraham's firstborn was Ishmael,
whom he loved, but, his wife and
sister, Sarah, was viciously jealous.
She treated Hagar, Ishmael's mom,
like an outcast, not an equal.

Ishmael was blessed with 12 princes
and tribes, too. The Angel of the
Lord provided Hagar with a wellspring,
in the wilderness. Wellspring is life.

Abraham loved Ishmael. He was the first
child of his loins, as a man nearing
a centennial. In his generation, they
lived 120 years. Ishamel was circumsized
at 13, as ordained by the LORD.

Ironic how 13 year old Jews are bar-mitvahed,
and the 13 year old part, was derived from
Ishmael's circumcision.

Abraham lost Ishmael, and the
Lord told him to sacrifice his only
son, the fruit of his and Sarah's family.
Imagine being willing to sacrifice
your own son, a miracle child,
born to a princess, in her 80s.

This miracle was parrallel to
a virgin giving birth. Both were
provided by the Holy Spirit.

Lord demanded Abraham sacrifice
Isaac. Maybe that was a penalty
for the way they treated Hagar
and Ishmael?

In any event, Abraham was willing
to sacrifice the boy, he adored
to the Lord. Our Father in Heaven,
had a plan of redemption, sacrificing
Himself in human form, conquering
death, and becoming the Firstborn
of the dead.

Before Abraham slew the lad,
The Angel of the Lord, grabbed
his hand, and provided a ram
caught in the branches of a bush.

The Lamb of God became the
covenant of sacrifice. When the
Angel was going to smite Egypt,
the blood of the lamb was the
mark of God to them. It was a
shield.

The blood of Jesus is our
contrition and proxy. It is
through His blood, that we
are blessed. We may taste
the hidden manna, the food
of angels. Jesus our Messiah
promised that we would.

The Lamb of God, Jesus, died
for our sins. Imagine someone
going to prison for us? It is
a far far better thing...

Praise the Lord! Praise
Adonai Elohiym.
Hashem.

Alef-Tav.

I get carried away.

Back to the lineage-

Isaac was the child of inheritance,
although born 2nd. The elder serves
the younger. He had
13 children. 12
sons, and 1 daughter, Dina.

The lineage of the Messiah was through
the branches of Isaac's son, Jacobc.
He blessed his sons, and Judah was
given the crown.

Gen 49:10
The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him [shall] the gathering of the people [be].

Only the seed of David, seed of Judah,
seed of Isaac, seed of Abraham, would
wear the crown of the Kingdom.

That is our sacred lion, the lion
of Judah, our Messiah, Y'eshua
Hamachiach. The Holy Branch.

Praise his HOLY name.
Praise his Word.
Praise his judgements.
Praise his mercies to man.

Praise the angels who see his face.
Praise the angels who are for us,
and God speed, make not haste
and save us.

Many believe that this vision takes place for believers,
following the Rapture, because it procedes the
judgments of the Seven Churches.

Instead of the warnings, it feels more celebratory,
not solemn. There is a great rejoicing in Heaven.

Tens of thousands and thousands of thousands
of angels are praising God, and celebrating.
It is a glorious sight. There's no way we can
fully integrate the full symbologies, and actual
literal meanings of the OT and NT wisdom books.

We can take apart the layers, and
they are all clear, like that sea of
glass. Then when the layers are
layered, Old and New, the revelation
is insanely glorious.

What a wonderful thing to look
forward to. Nothing the world
offers, can match what is coming.
He is coming back, with the Angels
accompanying Him. Billions of
angels, in my head, beats billions
of dollars, in this short-term mortal
shell.
